We are pleased to share the following news with you regarding changes in the sales team at Novatech:

Donna Dvorsky, after a comeback with Novatech in 2013, has decided to retire on July 1, 2021. Donna has built strong relationships with her colleagues, clients and suppliers throughout her career. She has always stood out as an outstanding technical representative, passionate, dedicated and appreciated by all. Therefore, it is with great sadness that we will watch her go, but also with great gratitude that she chose to end her professional career with Novatech. Donna, we will miss you!

Donna’s departure created an opportunity for a recent engineering graduate, already employed at Novatech for 2 years, to make the leap into technical sales. Félix Lalande Hendershot, who is currently a project estimator in our Sainte-Anne-de Bellevue office, will take over from Donna as technical representative on June 1, 2021. Félix, welcome to the wonderful world of sales. You have all the skills and qualities to succeed and prosper on the path traced by Donna!

These changes were an opportunity for the management of Novatech to execute a strategic step in its growth in Eastern Canada, more specifically in the Atlantic provinces. As of June 1, 2021, I am pleased to announce that Troy Thompson is joining our sales team to serve the Atlantic provinces. As many of you already know, Troy has an impressive background in the world of analytical instrumentation. Indeed, he comes to us directly from the Irving Oil refinery in St-John, NB. After working there for the past 26 years, Troy has held the positions of Laboratory Reliability Technician, Expert Analytical Technician and Director of Analyzer Services. Troy, welcome to Novatech! Your arrival is eagerly awaited!

Please join us in wishing Donna, Félix and Troy all the best in their respective new endeavors!
