On June 7, 2023, Novatech won the silver medal in the prestigious “Les Médaillés de la relève” competition, organized by PwC Canada and its partners since 2006.
The “Les Médaillés de la relève” competition provides a platform for Quebec companies that have distinguished themselves by their exceptional efforts in transmitting entrepreneurial know-how and values to new generations and have successfully completed their succession process by ensuring the sustainability of their activities. Novatech was rewarded for its successful succession strategy, which enabled the company to maintain its prosperity while raising its profile on the national scene.
