The Gasmet CEMS II e is a continuous emissions monitoring system for measuring multiple gases in industrial exhaust streams. It uses Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) technology to measure 16 gases simultaneously as standard. These include hydrogen chloride (HCl), hydrogen fluoride (HF), sulphur dioxide (SO₂), nitrogen oxides (NOₓ) and ammonia (NH₃). The system provides continuous emissions data to support environmental compliance and process monitoring.
The CEMS II e uses heated sampling to handle hot, wet and corrosive gas streams. This helps preserve sample integrity, particularly when measuring water-soluble compounds. Its modular design allows technicians to replace individual components without returning the system to the manufacturer. Measurement ranges and additional gas components can also be configured through software without hardware changes. These features help reduce maintenance downtime and accommodate changing emissions monitoring requirements.
