It is with great pride that I announce that Novatech has obtained ISO 9001:2015 accreditation. Our external audit which took place from April 4th to 7th revealed zero non-conformances. ISO accreditation was seen as a natural progression to the existing Quality Assurance system we had in place for several years as part of our Operation Excellence program. Achieving and maintaining this accreditation is a cornerstone of our goal to always meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.
