The INOV8 Systems EXS is a sidestream oil-in-water analyzer for continuous hydrocarbon measurement in produced water and industrial effluent. It uses laser-induced fluorescence to measure oil concentration in water and is designed for demanding oil and gas, marine, manufacturing, and chemical processing applications. RapidWave ultrasonic cleaning helps keep the optical measurement window free from fouling during continuous operation.
The EXS uses a bypass sample arrangement, allowing the analyzer to be installed outside the main process line with inlet and outlet tubing connected to the sample stream. Its stainless steel enclosure supports installation in hazardous industrial environments. Remote monitoring and automatic control functions support unattended operation, while the self-cleaning design reduces routine maintenance and chemical use. This makes the EXS well-suited to compliance monitoring and process control where reliable oil-in-water measurement is required.
