The Thermox™ WDG 1200 and WDG 1210 are insitu oxygen analyzers for continuous O₂ measurement in industrial flue gas. Using zirconium oxide sensor technology, they measure oxygen directly in the process without an extractive sampling system. The WDG 1200 combines the probe and electronics in an integral configuration, while the WDG 1210 uses remote electronics for installations where heat, access or mounting conditions make separation more practical.
Both models are designed for combustion control and flue gas monitoring in boilers, furnaces, heaters and other combustion processes. The sensor assembly, including the heater, can be removed for field service while the outer protection tube remains installed. This can simplify maintenance and reduce process disruption. A 310 stainless steel outer probe tube provides protection in demanding flue gas environments.
