The INCA4000 is an indoor multi-gas analyzer for measuring gas composition in biogas, biomethane and industrial process streams. Depending on configuration, it can measure methane, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulphide, oxygen, hydrogen, carbon monoxide and higher hydrocarbons. Multiple sensor options allow the analyzer to be configured around the components and measurement ranges required for the process.
The analyzer can monitor up to ten measurement points using external valve switching, making it practical where several gas streams need to be checked from one system. It can handle both dry and wet sample gas. For wet streams, an integrated thermoelectric gas cooler removes condensate before measurement. This combination supports gas quality monitoring and process control in applications such as biogas upgrading, natural gas processing, waste to energy, petrochemical plants and other industrial gas systems.
