The ANALECT® Hydrocarbon Smart System™ (HSS) by Process Insights is a next-generation FTIR and FT-NIR process analyzer. It provides real-time, online monitoring of physical properties and chemical composition in refinery process streams.
The ANALECT HSS uses both extended Mid-IR and Near-IR spectral ranges. This dual-range design enables detailed analysis of complex hydrocarbons—from crude oil to final blend fuels. It’s well-suited for both light and heavy hydrocarbon streams.
The system supports dual and triple cell configurations and can monitor up to 24 process lines. With the optional heated sampling system, the ANALECT HSS handles high-viscosity hydrocarbons with precision and stability.
