The ANALECT® Hydrocarbon SmartSystem™ from Process Insights is a next-generation online FTIR and FT NIR process analyzer for monitoring physical properties and chemical composition in refinery hydrocarbon streams. Its extended mid-infrared and near-infrared spectral ranges support analysis of light and heavy hydrocarbons, from crude oil and intermediate streams through gasoline and diesel blending.
The system can analyze up to 24 process streams and supports optional dual or triple-cell configurations. A heated sample system is available for heavier hydrocarbons, while integrated sample conditioning helps manage temperature, moisture, particulates, pressure, and flow. This supports reliable online analysis across demanding refinery streams and helps operators access faster process data for blend control, product quality monitoring, and process optimization, while reducing reliance on routine laboratory testing.
