The Barben Analytical OXYvisor™ is an optical oxygen analyzer designed for continuous measurement of oxygen (O₂) in industrial gas and liquid processes. Paired with a Barben Optical Sensor (BOS), it uses luminescence quenching technology to measure trace and higher oxygen concentrations in gases, as well as dissolved oxygen in liquids. The analyzer supports process monitoring and control where oxygen levels affect product quality, corrosion risk, or operating safety.
The OXYvisor is used in oil and gas production, refining, petrochemical processing, and industrial water applications. Its optical sensing technology operates without electrolytes or membranes, reducing maintenance concerns associated with conventional electrochemical sensors. It also supports measurement in wet process streams containing gases such as H₂S, CO₂, and H₂. The selected BOS sensor determines the measurement range and suitability for each application.
