With the constant objective of offering an improved employee experience, we are currently looking for a Talent and Culture Technician for our Calgary office.
Reporting to the Director of Talent and Culture, the candidate will be responsible for the following:
– Recruitment:
- Assist the Director of Talent and Culture in the staffing process (post positions to be filled, receive and sort resumes according to hiring criteria, prepare and schedule interviews, etc.)
- Inform candidates of the results of the selection process and write job offers
- Create new employee profiles on our platforms (SAP, Nethris)
- Participate in the recruitment of graduates from various educational institutions for internships
- Participate in interviews as needed
– Administration:
- Maintain employee files
- Coordinate onboarding and termination procedures
- Ensure the application and respect of laws related to human resources management
- Participate in the development and updating of policies and regulations
– OHS :
- Participate in the application and maintenance of occupational health and safety policies and program
- Maintain third party OHS systems
- Participate in OHS committee meetings
- Participate in the development of a newsletter
– Employee Experience Development:
- Participate in the staff training process (keep records up to date, assess needs following performance evaluations, maintain competency grid up to date, etc.)
- Participate in various committees related to human resources (social committee, OHS, employee experience strategy)
- Participate in the onboarding process for new employees

Profile required:
- Administration College Diploma or certificate in human resources
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Solid knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of French (considerable asset)
- Knowledge of SAP business by design (asset)
